Geometric Analysis Seminar ——Horospherically convex hypersurfaces and conformally invariant equations

Abstract : We discuss a curvature problem for horospherically convex hypersurfaces in hyperbolic space and their relation to conformally invariant equations on the sphere. In particular, we present existence of hypersurfaces with prescribed horospherical p-area measure, including the critical conformally invariant case p=−n. The main tools include curvature flows, variational methods and conformal blow-up analysis.
